The Village of Pulaski submitted a Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) application in the Fall of 2024 and was selected as the Round 8 DRI winner and was awarded $10 Million from New York State in the Spring of 2025. The DRI aims to transform downtown neighborhoods into vibrant centers that offer a high quality of life and are magnets for redevelopment, business, job creation, and economic and housing diversity. aims to invest funds into downtown to spur economic development. The process will be kicking off in late Spring and continuing through the Fall of 2025. Keep an eye out for Public Meeting and community engagement notices. If you have any questions please reach out to Emma Phillips, DRI Project Manager – ephillips@cscos.com or Village staff for assistance.

An Open Call for Projects was held between July 2 and August 1, 2025, to receive proposals from project sponsors. The Village’s Local Planning Committee (LPC) is currently evaluating these proposals and looking for input from the public on each project submitted for funding consideration. The LPC will submit its final funding recommendations to New York State in November as part of a Strategic Investment Plan. The Pulaski LPC invites the public to help inform the process by completing this Project Feedback Form.
