​The Village of Pulaski submitted a Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) application in the Fall of 2024 and was selected as the Round 8 DRI winner and was awarded $10 Million from New York State in the Spring of 2025. The DRI aims to transform downtown neighborhoods into vibrant centers that offer a high quality of life and are magnets for redevelopment, business, job creation, and economic and housing diversity. aims to invest funds into downtown to spur economic development. The process kicked off in late Spring and continued through the Fall of 2025. The Village is now working on their Strategic Investment Plan to submit to NYS.
